The regulatory framework of the project

The e ADR project is implemented in full compliance with Croatian and European legislation, including:

• the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR)
• Regulation (EU) 2020/1056 on electronic freight transport information (eFTI)
• relevant implementing and delegated acts
• national regulations on the transport of dangerous goods
• applicable international conventions and agreements

The project ensures lawful and secure data processing and contributes to the fulfilment of Croatia's European obligations within the digital transport ecosystem.
